First meeting

"And a pleasure it is to make you tomato faced," I snickered. "And im not getting defensive. im stating fact."

"you really enjoy tortureing me dont you?" i asked with a light sigh

"Im torturing you? How is that?" I asked with a mock curiousity and innocence.

"..... mentally... and emotionally... the weird thing is... you know what, nevermind..." i said quietly, not wanting to bring up the fact that i kinda enjoyed it to a point

"Whats wierd? You like it or what?" I asked slowly, rolling around on the couch playfully, like a cat.

"not telling... you have to suffer with not knowing..." i said with a sigh, tryng to keep my face from getting red again at what she was doing

"But whyyyyyy~" I asked, rolling until I was sprawled out haphazardly on the couch, head centimeters from the ground.

"because your t-teasing me... its not fair..." i said, going red at the fact that her stomache was showing, just barely

"Mwahaha, youre tomato face again~" I said, still shifting around a bit, not realizing I was exposing my stomach more.

".... please stop...." i said, grabbing her shirt and pulling it back up to her waist, my face red with embarressment

I made a sound of surprise, grabbing my shirt. "You could have said something instead of just grabbing!" I said, slightly amused, righting myself, sitting normally on the couch.

"i did, i said you were teasing me!" i said, getting defensive as i went and did deep breathing exersizes to calm down "and seriously? of all else, you have a guy that would probobly pass out after a kiss, not like you have much to worry about... i mean, come on, all you had to do was show your midriff and i was practically KO'ed... just had to be you i fell for, wasnt it?" i said with a sigh, running a hand through my hair and smiled lightly "but i dont regret it, even with all your teasing..."

I laughed. "Trust me, you'll get used to it. Eventually i'll see less and less of your tomato face...so im taking advantage of the fact you basically have very weak resistance to these things. I cant help it, your tomato face is so cute~"

"to flirting? perhaps ill get used to it, but my anxiety to rare situations makes it INCREDIBLY hard for me... i... i havent ever liked a girl before, and honestly, its driving me up the wall with how strange it feels..." i said quietly, embarressed "i mean, come on... unless you plan on replicateing today for the next month every day, it wont be easy for me to get over it... a girl once flashed me in gym class as i was leaving class, and i blacked out... i woke up in the ER..." i said with a sigh, looking at the ground as i pulled my feet up to my chest "i dont even remember it, all they told me is that i passed out,and she told me what happened earlier, much to my... tomato face... its why im always so cold and distant... i dont like new things... and thats what most girls are full of, new things... they TERRIFY me... i was so bad back as a kid, i wouldnt leave my house without hyperventalating until one day my sister got me something...." i said, my hand going to my headphones and music player "she got me these... so i could focus on the music and be able to move, which is what i could barely manage... poor teachers, tried to take them away, and i passed out due to the kids stareing at me, as headphones were really rare and that they werent allowed in class... i woke up to my big sister yelling at the teacher and my princible as they had both signed an agreements saying i could have them on quietly so i could still hear what people said.... and every time we got gifts, you know what they got me? headphones and music... i couldnt even open presents without her help..." i said, wipeing my eyes quietly "mom and dad never understood me the way she did, they couldnt get through to me... all she would have to do was say my name and pat my hair, and id become docile and calm as long as she was in the room... i was her "bright little shadow" as she used to call me..." i said, my voice level and calm despite my crying, and i made sure that she couldnt see them my resting my head in my arms

"...Would you like a hug?" I asked, since he seemed to always tear up when he talked about his sister. Wouldve been really nice to have someone who understood me in my youth...

"nah, its just i miss her, shes been in the hospital for a couple of years... they dont knowwhen she will wake up.. she was hit by a car when comimng to pick me up from school for my first day of class for the 4th grade..." i said with aquiet smile "im slowly adjusting to it... you know, you have the same effect on me sometimes..." i said, calming down quickly

"...I do? Well, I guess thats a good thing," I smiled.

"but other times you drive me up the wall... its weird... i... i generally hate it when i feel like this, but with you it feels... normal..." i said, struggling to find the words to use

"Maybe because youre used to me?" I suggested.

"possible..." i said, looking over at her with a curious look on my face, going deep into my thoughts

"D-dont look at me like that, it makes me nervous. When guys do that to me, their face goes from harmless thoughts to very frightening-to-me thoughts... I know thats not you but it just brings unpleasant memories to the surface."

"o-Oh, sorry, i was just thinking on why it might be that you are different from the others..."

"...Coincidence, maybe?"

"maybe, but i dont think thats it... i think its because i got to know you online first, so you couldnt really judge me on my apperance, but on my personality and whatnot..." i said with a yawn

"That could be it... I guess that worked in our situation because neither of us lied."
