The Most Wonderful Time of the Year? open

"Well, I certainly hope you do, even if it's just as a friend..." I smiled, leaning back into my chair with a digh. Running a hand through my hair, I began finishing my food, rather hungry and ready for some dessert.

"You're certainly enjoying yourself, aren't you?" I mused, tilting my head with a smile.

"Usually id have to force one of the guards of her family to drag her off of me. And thats after the attempt to bed with me. You could say im fairly estatic right now..." I laughed, warm feelings for her at the moment

"I'd like go take a moment to state that the longer I'm here, the stranger the people here are getting. So there's no such thing as manners training?" I said, raising a brow in slight amusement and concern.

"They jusdt arent used to dealing with people who arent one of THEM..." I sighed, visibly saddened by the fact

"...And you're not 'one of them'? They're not really treating you any better."

"Do i act like one of them? No. Therefore, i am not one of them. They look down on those of us who dont treat those lower than us like dirt." I said simply, as if it were common knowledge

I merely shrugged. "What if the dirt evolves into one of them?"

"Their minds would explode. They cant imagine the possibility. Honestly would kill for that to happen though." I sighed, looking around us again

"I, personally, would like to keep the death count to a minimum," I said, half raising my hand in a joking manner.

"So your saying you will allow one death, good to know." I smiled, glancing over "Any desserts catch your eye?"

"...Sure, let's go with that," I said, amused. "Anyway, I think the thing that looks like custard in a fancy cup catches my attention."

"Then we will have two of them." I smiled, flagging down a waiter and asking nicely for our dessert, giving the poor frazzled boy a respite from the mean people

"So do we sip these, or...?" I said, as it seemed to have a pudding like consistency.

"No, your supposed to use your spoon..." I smiled with a small laugh, using a smaller spoon to start eating my own once it had arrived

"They make tiny pudding spoons? I wanna keep this..."

"I will buy you one if you want. These ones belong to the hotel, and as such, we cant take them with us..." I smiled, laughing quietly

"...Alright then..." I answered, a bit embarrassed.

"Sorry, can't help it when you say things like that. Makes me happy, makes me feel normal.." I said with an apologetic smile

"You've got a pretty chipper normal then," I said, taking a spoonful of pudding.

"Hey, you have only made those kinda remarks twice. It isnt that bad..." I laughed, eating a small spoonful of my own

After a few moments of enjoying pudding, I asked,"so all we're gonna do is eat?"

"As i stated before, you have something else youd like to do, let me know." I said simply, finishing my own cup first.

I shrugged. "Sightseeing, maybe, but I don't know if you'll miss anything of importance."

"Again, the only day we need to set aside is 2 days from now, Thursday, and then we have another 3 days after that if you want to stay longer..." I responded, smiling warmly "You know quite obviously how i feel, and you know that if you asked for me to do soemthing, id move heaven and hell to do so."
