First meeting

She sighed, watching Warning stand there, a bit perplexed, before vanishing into thin air. "She was with a family that wasn't her own. Her father...well, father figure, if you want specifics, left her there. I believe he died at some point, so it's not something either could control, but she is a little more adjusted, even as traits of her kind begin to seep through. "

She paused briefly." Maybe it's possible to use her as a bridge, of sorts. She is the closest to him, after all. She seems to have a more neutral stance towards you and your daughter. Though... I know venting is needed, the kind where one acknowledges what the other says, even if it's biased, and not offer explanations for the actions, at least, not emotional ones. It'll be one sided, to accept all the faults while not staying any of his own, but eventually, he'll be able to cope with the situation in a healthier manner, and accept that what has happened cannot change, and that he shouldn't dwell on it to the point it interferes with future connections."

I opened my eyes, not realizing I had lost consciousness at some point, with what I identified as doctors examined me on a rather comfy exam table. I felt really light.

However, once I felt my body sink into the table, I realized something was off. Not my clothes. Just... Had I been floating? They were writing things down, speaking an unfamiliar language. I sat up, and they continued as if I hadn't just moved. Before I became more unnerved, however, a nurse tapped my shoulder. "Don't worry, you're here, you're still here."

In a way, I understood the reassuerence, and yet I couldn't place a finger as to why it had to be put into words. "But of course. Where else would I be?" I asked, slightly annoyed. "As a historian that should come to you," one of the doctors said, not looking up. "Though I suppose being placed on a new planet with part of your memories placed under a superficial alibi would make it difficult for you to remember some things."

For some reason, that didn't seem strange at all.

It was pretty uneventful, when we left. I simply got back on the ship. The captain didn't even leave to speak with whoever it was who wanted me here. I had no idea what they did- no, I had a vague idea, a feeling, but nothing concrete. But it left no physical marks. Not knowing where he was at the moment, I simply returned to our room, and, for some reason, straight to the mirror. I began to intently study my face, my neck, any skin exposed by my current outfit, not knowing what I was looking for, but with a small thought nagging at me.

Child, how could you exist among those creatures. Look what they've done to you...

But...what did they do? Who was they? I didn't realize I had begun to shake.

"Perhaps, but if she is what i think she is.... He might not be able to keep himself in a maintainable state of mind..." Came my father's response, grunting as he leaned against the wall, setting the spare parts in a bin.

After a few hours of heavy sparring for training, I had calmed down enough to function with the rest of the crew, making my way towards my room to take a shower, having just heard the door shut. Walking up behind her, I waited patiently for her to notice me, but stopped when i noticed she was shaking. Dropping my things, i immediately went to her and pulled her into a hug, worried about her well being now that i was thinking about what she could have gone through. "You okay?"

"I guess... I got a feel for what you went through. Suddenly you learn something that just..." I sighed, clutching him tighter. "And to think there's so much I don't know..." I began to shake again. "I don't understand..."

"Let it all out, tell me what you learned..." I said quietly, gently moving us over to the bed while moving the mirror so it was still noticeable, after noting she was reluctant to leave it behind.

I bit my lip. "They hardly told me anything! I lost consciousness when I was surrounded by bubbles, and I woke up on an exam table! They didn't do anything physical to me, but they wouldn't tell me what happened, because they 'didn't need to.' And to top it off, apparently some of my memories were altered at some point! A superficial alibi... Who even am I? Who did this to me!?" I covered my face with my hands. "Why all of a sudden does it seem like the universe is screwing with us!?!?"

"I do not know who did what to you...." I said quietly, unsure of how to respond. Pulling her into a hug, I sighed, continuing. "I know the feeling to a degree. But whatever happens, im here for you..."

I sighed. "I know. It's scary, but you're right, and I'm thankful you're here for me." I looked up at the ceiling. "I'm afraid things are gonna keep escalating from now on..."

"I love you, and will be here for you as long as you want me..." I whispered quietly, pulling her into a kiss

I held onto the kiss for a bit, before pulling back and saying softly, "I love you too, I'll be here for you as long as you need me."

"We both know that means you'll be here forever..." I weakly teased, still exhausted from my rather extensive training earlier. "Im going to hop in the shower really quick, unless you needed it?"

"Go ahead, unless you don't mind me joining you," I teased with a smirk, waggling my eyebrows.

With a hesitant pause, I turned around to look at her and pulled her into a deep and passionate kiss. Pulling away, I sighed with a weak smile "Only if you want to. It would probably be better in case i bleed out, so the blood doesn't stain the floor." I managed to get out, my face a bit red at the thought, and slowly getting a deeper shade as time passed

A slight tinge of pink crawled up to my cheeks, though he went full out tomato and kept darkening, so my reaction was probably unnoticeable. He... had already seen me half naked. I had been joking, not really expecting a maybe yes- more maybe later. Then again, he did seem a little tired, not like he'd have the energy for anything more than a shower at the moment. "Pft, I offered, silly," I said, before giving him a small peck on the lips. I grinned, "Well, dont want to end up kissing away the shower time," before I began making my way to the bathroom, humming some chipper tune.

Not really expecting her to follow thought, i stammered after the kiss, following after her quietly while running a hand through my hair. Nervously turning around and waiting for her to undress before i did, i attempted to speak, and only managed "I-if your sure..."

I laughed, not turning to face him, and not willing to back down. "Course I'm sure! No-thing to wo-rry a-bout~" I sang, pulling the dress over my head, leaving me in my underwear. They were pretty plain- then again, I hadn't really gotten anything new in the underwear department, using what the captain had provided. If this was gonna be a thing, I was gonna have to buy lacy lingerie. Maybe a color that wasn't white. I unclipped my bra. "What's your favorite color?" I asked, in an attempt to stall my shyness. And get him to stop stuttering, maybe ease him up as well.

Giving myself a deep breath, I gulped and began undressing, doing my best to calm down when her question came accross. "I-it would have t-to be a dark green..." I stammered, taking a moment after undressing down to my boxers. With a hesitant tug on them, I let them fall to the floor, knowing fairly well that my member wasn't small by any account, saving me from more embaressment in that department. Getting into the shower after scooting around her, i sighed, exhaling deeply as i started the warm water and let it hit my back as i faced away from her and towards the wall

"Dark Green? That's a nice color," I said, stepping into the shower as well, kinda shy to look at him. Or even at myself, keeping my eyes focused at the opposite wall, then down at the knob, before looking over my shoulder a bit. I laughed softly, "Dude, we are hilariously awkward," I said, one of my eyes closed as water pattered over it.

After a moment, i nodded, laughing a bit myself as i let my back touch hers. Relaxing visibly at the contact, i closed my eyes and turned around, hugging her from behind, wrapping my arms around her waist with my chin resting on her shoulder. "Honestly though, i am not sure id have it any other way... It gives me time to be sure that i love you with all of my heart... And if not, gives me time to find myself love you more and more each day until i do..." I said quietly, doing my best to keep myself calm and not perverted like my hormones were demanding. With a sigh, i kissed her cheek with open eyes, a visible red blush staining my face at the moment as i glanced down with an impulse with a groan. "Though honestly i am quite sure id be happy without the whole aversion to perversion thing my brain has going."

I rested my arms over his as he hugged me, relaxing as well, listening. I smiled as he blushed while kissing me, then laughed at his final grievance. "Well, I wouldn't blame you for your mind going there. We're both naked, we're touching, and I'm enjoying this, as awkward as my first time in the shower with someone else. I'm pretty sure the aversion is only because it's our first time. We have to be bold to do anything, at the moment. Like this," I said, grinding into him without warning.

Jumping with suprise, all i could manage was a startled yelp with a red face. taking a step back had me against the wall. Somehow, having managed to twist her around so she was facing me, with a sudden movement, i pulled her towards me and kissed her roughly. The water hitting both of our heads, i pulled back and sighed, panting slightly

He suddenly fell back, to which I turned, worried he'd hurt himself from ramming into the wall, before turning and ending up pulled towards him. I blushed, laughing after he broke the kiss. My expression softened to an embarrassed smile. "I'm sorry, that probably hurt, you hitting the wall," I said softly, bringing my hand up to his face, pushing some of his hair to the side, then briefly resting it on his neck and began to slide it down his arm.

"Ive had worse..." I said quietly, my hair falling in from of my left eye with a wet flop. With a sigh, I began running my hand up and down her back, the other resting comfortably around her waist.

I grinned, then pretended to pout, "But we're not supposed to get hurt...at least," I pressed against him, leaning my face into the crook of his neck, "not in a way that isn't pleasant."

"Everything involving you is pleasant for me..." I whispered in response, nuzzling her neck in return. "Even when you are doing your best to make me pass out..."

"Oh, that would be troublesome at the moment... but they're chances for a reason," I said, gently biting his neck.
