No reaction. I smiled to myself, draining away his anxiety.

"....." i sighed tiredly, my body onfolding onto the couch till i was sprawled out across the whole thing

I stifled the urge to giggle. So thats what he looks like relaxed... I went outside, looking at the rock. You could feel the weight of emotions radiating from it like heat. "I wonder how the rock works...I really need to look it up."

"... seems it cant take our own emotions, only the ones we borrowed from others..." her dad sighed, standing up from it

"Thats true...unfortunately. Well, at least we dont have to be burdened by other peoples emotions permanently."

"..... im just glad that these will disipate soon...." he sighed, refering to the emotions as he took a step back and looked at it "just how much anxiety did you take from him? it feels like its weighing down on my chest..." he asked, glancing back at my softly snoreing form on the couch, were i was snuggling into a pillow now

"All of it; unfortunately, its not permanent, so his anxiety will return. You can never permanently remove an emotion."

".... i dont get why he keeps trying to win you over..." he sighed, shaking his head "hes almost as hard to break as you are..."

"..."

"dont be like that, we both know hes a decent guy...." he sighed, looking back at her with a sigh

"...Its not like he's the only decent guy in the universe."

"but considering how much you distrust all men, im thinkin he is your best bet... you might not notice it because your so distant, but he cares alot for you... he was already in a bad frame of mind when i called him about you, yet he dropped what he was doing to come make sure you where all right... im not forcing you to do anything, im just saying that he is a good kid... a kid that needs someone to keep him on the right track, the kinda track you like..." he sighed, hugging her tightly "... im going to bed alright?"

"...Night dad," I simply answered, hugging him back.Ever since the day of the storm, its just been crazy... I sat at the kitchen table. Not entirely bad or good. Crazy is probably the best and only way to describe it. Its scary. Can I put up with this longer? Am I willing to?I rested my head on the table, sighing exasperated.I dont freakin know...

"...." i grumbled and rolled over, mumbling something again as i settled down

I rolled my head, looking at Huma at an awkward angle.Wonder if he'll say anything weird this time...

"... Ally...." i mumbled, snoreing a bit louder, getting even deeper into sleep as i mumbled something about carrots

".... gotta... make food... for ally...." i grumbled, the pillow i was latched onto bewing squeezed to death

...I dont know if thats endearing of scary...I wondered, concerned for the pillow.

I carefully poked his cheek. Its already noon, how the hell is he still asleep...No matter what...he sleeps through anything...

"...." i rolled over as she poked me and fell onto the floor and sat up tiredly "geez...." i yawned, rubbing my head

I jumped back, not expecting him to fall. "Thats what I should be saying. You coulda slept through a fire."

"..... you took my anxiety... didnt you?" i asked simply, sighing "i havent been able to sleep for some time due to the anxiety all the crap at home has been causing, so if you did, thats why, is because i was catching up on sleep that i needed"

"Im amazed you didnt sleep through this week then."
